A saddle tan full-grain leather with silver-gilded page edges, deeper and redder than Biscotti. The color deepens with use, most where the journal is held.
A Flexible Softcover
The leather is the cover, with no board behind it, so the journal bends with a bag instead of wearing at the corners the way a hardback does. There is no elastic or tie.
Numbered Pages and a Table of Contents
234 numbered, lined pages in a 5.4 x 8.5 inch journal, with a table of contents at the front. Note a page’s subject there and any entry is easy to find later. Chesterfield Tan comes in the large size only.
Silver Edges and a Ribbon
All three page edges are gilded in silver, and a ribbon marker is sewn into the spine. The Leatherpress logo is pressed into the front cover in silver, and the name into the back.
