A black full-grain cover with a tan leather band across it. The black holds its color, while the tan band darkens and softens where it is pulled open.
Paper for Light Washes
At 150 gsm, the paper takes a light wash, diluted ink or a waterbrush much better than journal paper. It is not watercolor paper, so test a heavier wash on a back page first.
112 Blank Pages
112 blank pages in a wide, nearly square format, so a two-page spread works as one surface. It is a sketchbook you can realistically fill.
Opens Flat
